1. Returns:
• We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and waive any restocking fees.
• Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order.
3. Customer Error:
• If the product received is deemed incorrect due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and may incur restocking fees of up to 10%.
• We advise customers to double-check the product fitment guide before finalizing the purchase to avoid potential returns and fees.
4. Custom Orders:
• Custom-built parts or custom wheels are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.  
• Custom orders are specially tailored to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Some custom orders can take up to several months to complete.  In the event an order is beyond manufacturer ETA we can attempt to cancel, however, there are no guarantees that this is possible.
5. Damaged Items:
• In the event that you receive a damaged item, please report it to AutoMo Supply Company within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a damage claim.
• We will work with you to file the necessary claims with the shipping company.
• Depending on the outcome of the claim, we will offer a refund or replacement for the damaged item.
